Whenever you are attending an activity always make sure you tell someone where you are going, how you will be getting there and what time to expect you back. If you arrive at an activity and there are no members of staff around try and contact the organiser. If no-one has arrived within 15 minutes then the activity may have been cancelled and you should go home.
